The TSAL6100 is a 2-pin high power Infrared Emitting Diode in GaAlAs multi quantum well (MQW) technology with high radiant power. It features good spectral matching with Si photodetectors, ±10° angle of half intensity and 940nm peak wavelength. It is suitable for use in infrared remote control units with high power requirements, free air transmission systems, infrared source for optical counters and card readers, IR source for smoke detectors.
