TCR3UM30A,LF(SE is a TCR3UM series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. It features over-current protection, thermal shutdown function and auto-discharge. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1µF can be used with the TCR3UM series, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones, IoT equipment and wearable device. Application includes power IC developed for portable applications, IoT equipment and wearable devices.

• Quiescent current is 0.34µA typ (IOUT = 0mA, VOUT = 1.5V, Tj = 25°C)
• Ripple rejection ratio is 70dB typ (IOUT = 10mA, f = 1KHz, VRipple = 200mVp-p, Ta = 25°C)
• Fast Load transient response -51/+36mV at 0.8V-output, IOUT = 1mA ? 50mA
• Drop-out voltage is 196mV typ (VOUT = 3.3V, IOUT = 300mA, Tj = 25°C)
• Output voltage is 3.0V, temperature coefficient is 75ppm/°C typ at (-40°C = Topr = 85°C)
• Output voltage accuracy is ±1% (Tj = 25°C, 1.8V = VOUT, IOUT = 50mA)
