74LCX273FT(AJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-performance CMOS octal D-type flip-flop. It is designed for use in 3.3V systems, it achieves high-speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low-power dissipation. The device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but it could be used to interface to 5V supply environment for both inputs and outputs. This 8bit D-type flip-flop is controlled by a clock input (CK) and a clear input (active-low CLR). When the active-low CLR input is low, the eight outputs are at a low logic level. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.

- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V, AEC-Q100 (Rev. H) qualified
- Output current is IOH/IOL = 24mA (min) (VCC = 3.0V)

- Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74LVC/ALVC/ etc.) 273 type
- Quiescent supply current is 500µA max at (VIH = VCC - 0.6V, 2.7 to 3.6V, Ta = -40°C to 85°C)
- Maximum clock frequency is 150MHz at (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Propagation delay time(CK-Q) is 1.5ns typ at (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
