EEHZA1H101V is a Hybrid ZA series surface mount type conductive polymer hybrid aluminium electrolytic capacitor. This series takes the benefits of both electrolytic and polymer capacitor technologies and combine them, producing a capacitor with low ESR, low leakage current, high ripple current, and smaller case sizes. These combined benefits save valuable board space, enhance overall board performance and lower design costs.
- High voltage, high temperature lead-free reflow
- Endurance of 10000h at 105°C
- Low ESR and high ripple current (over 70% lower ESR and 100% higher ripple current than V-FP)
- Characteristics dependencies in frequency and low temperature are as small as polymer type
- AEC-Q200 compliant, vibration-proof product
- 50V rated voltage, 100µF capacitance, 20% capacitance tolerance
- Category temperature range from –55 to +105°C
- 2000mA rated ripple current, 28mohm ESR maximum, 50µA maximum leakage current
