NCV8160AMX290TBG is a NCV8160 linear regulator capable of supplying 250mA output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analogue circuits, the NCV8160 device provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The device is designed to work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor. Typical Applications are ADAS, infotainment and cluster, and telematics, general-purpose automotive and industrial, building and factory automation, smart meters.
- Operating input voltage range from 1.9V to 5.5V
- ±2% accuracy over temperature, ultra-low noise is 10µVRMS
- Ultra-low quiescent current is 18µA typical
- Standby current is 0.1µA typical, very low dropout is 90mV at 250mA
- Ultra-high PSRR is 98dB typical at 20mA, f = 1KHz
- Stable with a 1µF small case size ceramic capacitors, active discharge
- Grade 1 AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable
- 2.9V nominal output voltage
- XDFN4 package
- Junction temperature range from -40 to 125°C
