LDO Regulator, 150 mA, Low Dropout, Low Noise Vout: 2.5 V. ONSSPCLDO;
The NCP500SN25T1G is a 2.5V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator designed for portable battery powered applications which require low noise operation, fast enable response time and low dropout. The device achieves its low noise performance without the need of an external noise bypass capacitor. The device contains a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a PMOS power transistor and resistors for setting output voltage and current limit and temperature limit protection circuits. The device has been designed to be used with ceramic capacitors and requires a minimum output capacitor of 1µF.

- Excellent line and load regulation
- 2.5% High accuracy output voltage
- Enable can be driven directly by 1V logic
- Typical RMS noise voltage 50V with no bypass capacitor (BW = 10Hz to 100kHz)
