TinyLogic UHS Unbuffered Inverter. ONSSPCLGC;
NC7SZU04AM5X is a single TinyLogic UHS ultra high-speed unbuffered inverter. The special purpose unbuffered circuit design is primarily intended for crystal oscillator or analogue applications. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range.
