The MOC207R2M is a 1-channel 8-pin Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector. It is ideally suited for high-density applications and eliminates the need for through-the-board mounting. It is also suitable for feedback control circuits, general purpose switching circuits, monitor and detection circuits.
