Single IGBT Driver
The MC33153PG is a single IGBT Gate Driver specifically designed for high power applications. Although designed for driving discrete and module IGBTs, this device offers bipolar transistors. Device protection features include the choice of de-saturation or over-current sensing and under-voltage detection.
