The LP2950CDT-5.0G is a low power low dropout micro power Voltage Regulator that is specifically designed to maintain proper regulation with an extremely low input-to-output voltage differential. This device features a very low quiescent bias current of 75A and is capable of supplying output currents in excess of 100mA. Internal current and thermal limiting protection is provided.
