CAT24C32YI-GT3

CAT24C32YI-GT3 is an EEPROM serial 32Kb I²C device, internally organized as 4096 words of 8 bits each. It features a 32byte page write buffer and supports the standard (100KHz), Fast (400KHz) and fast plus (1MHz) I²C protocol. External address pins make it possible to address up to eight CAT24C32 devices on the same bus.

• Write current is 2mA maximum at (write, fSCL = 400KHz)
• Output low voltage is 0.4V maximum at (VCC > 2.5V, IOL = 3mA)
• Write cycle time is 5ms maximum at (standard, VCC = 1.7V to 5.5V), NiPdAu lead finish
• Industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, TSSOP-8 package
