The PESD1CAN-U from NXP is a CAN bus ESD protection diode in 3pin SOT-323 package. This device is designed to protect two automotive CAN (Controller Area Network) bus lines from damage caused by ESD and other transients. The PESD1CAN-U is suitable on lines where the signal polarities are both positive and negative with respect to ground.
- Suitable for CAN bus protection and automotive applications
- One very small SOT323 package to protect two CAN bus lines
- Low clamping voltage VCL = 35V, at Ipp = 1A
