Parts conform to AEC-Q200 specification for use in automotive applications and are also suitable for use in general purpose applications. Available in 0603 to 1206 case size and resistance values from 18? to 1M?. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. AVX surface mount chip thermistors offer ideal solution for temperature compensation or temperature control of printed circuit boards.
