The TLP2105 consists of GaAlAs light emitting diodes and integrated high gain, high-speed photodetectors.

The TLP2105 is housed in the 8-pin SO package. The photo detector has totem-pole output stage that can source and sink current.

The photo detector has an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of ±10 kV/μs. The TLP2105 provides noninverting logic output.
