The HMHAA280R2 is a 1-channel 4-pin half pitch MFP AC input Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, driving a single silicon phototransistor. The lead pitch is 1.27mm. It is suitable for AC line monitor and telephone line receiver.
