The 6N136 is a Single-Channel High Speed Transistor Optocouplers consist of an AlGaAs LEDoptically coupled to a high speed photodetector transistor A separate connection for the bias of the photodiode improves the speed by several orders of magnitude overconventional phototransistor optocouplers by reducingthe base-collector capacitance of the input transisto An internal noise shield provides superior commonmode rejection of up to 50,000 V/μs
