74AHC244PW,118 is an 8bit buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. This device can be used as two 4bit buffers or one 8bit buffer. This device features two output enables, each controlling four of the 3-state outputs. A HIGH on n active-low OE causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translator in mixed-voltage environments. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
