- This Avnet Edge & Beyond Tech Day 2026 Lucky Draw (“Giveaway”) is run by Avnet Asia Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser) on the following terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”).
- By participating in this Lucky Draw, all participants (“Participants”) will be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs. Participants are advised to review these T&Cs before entering the Giveaway and print and keep safe a copy of the T&Cs. The Organiser reserves the right to revise the T&Cs from time to time. Revised T&Cs will be posted here. In case no communication of withdrawal is received from the Participants, it shall be treated as deemed acceptance on the part of Participant and the Participant shall be bound by the amended T&Cs.
- Any Participant (subject to the T&Cs) from the following region: Singapore or Vietnam only, may enter this Giveaway. Participants not meeting all the requirements set out in the T&Cs are excluded from entry.
- The Giveaway runs on 10 July 2026 (Singapore), 21 July 2026 (Hanoi) and 24 July 2026 (Ho Chi Minh). To attend the Event, a Participant must visit the event registration landing page, complete the registration form, and received a confirmation email to attend the Event. He / she shall then be entitled to participate in the stamps collection activity at the Event for a lucky draw entry. Further details are set out below.
- Upon arrival during the event day, an attendee can collect an event card for stamping collection activity use during the full day event.
- There will be a total of 19 exhibition booths in Singapore, 20 in Hanoi, Vietnam, and 25 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from Avnet and Avnet’s suppliers/partners.
- An attendee is entitled to collect 1 stamp per booth.
- An attendee would need to collect stamps from all the booths to complete the event card. The completed event card, once verified by the Organiser, is eligible for the lucky draw in the Giveaway.
- For purposes of determining eligibility, the owner of any email used to enter the Giveaway will be determined by who is the authorized account holder of the email address at the time the registration form is received by the Organiser. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet Service Provider or other organization(s) that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain names associated with email addresses.
- The Participants who are entitled to the Participation Prize will be announced at the end of the event. The winners are selected at random. The Organiser’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- Eligible Participants are all participants of the Event, but excluding the following:
- Duplicate and multiple registration by the same Participant (determined by email); and
- Participants applying from countries/areas that are not eligible for the Event or Giveaway (see above, Clause 3 of this document)
- No Purchase is necessary or required to enter the Lucky Draw. The Participant agrees that the Organiser is not selling and/or promoting any good or service and is also not inducing the Participant to purchase/buy any goods or services.
- No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are not received for any reason, including technical error.
- Participants must be aged 18 or over.
- Employees from public sector companies or officials are excluded from participation.
- Employees of the Organiser or any of its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their family or household members, are not eligible to participate.
- The Participation Prizes are as below: (remark: one unit prize per winner only). There will be 3 winners per city.

- The Participation Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute all prizes with a suitable equivalent and the provision of the gift may be delayed or a substitute provided, subject to prior notice and approval of the local authorities (where applicable).
- To claim the prize, the Participant must be physically present at the end of the Event when the Organiser conducts the lucky draw and announces the winner at that time. The winner will be given a short period of time to come on stage to collect the prize. When a reasonable time has passed and the prize has not been claimed, the Organiser will pick another winner at random. By accepting a Participation Prize, the Participant consents to the use of their name and/or likeness for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant before a Participating Prize is issued and may require proof of identification and age. If the Organiser suspects fraud or misconduct, or if it is discovered that a Participant has failed to comply with the eligibility requirements set out in these T&Cs, then the Participation Prize may be withheld or withdrawn.
- Any unclaimed Participation Prize may be awarded to a new Participant next in line.
- The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Giveaway or extend the period of participation in its sole discretion. The Organiser will not be liable for any such withdrawal or change to the Giveaway.
- Each Participant receiving a Participation Prize agrees to be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or other charges payable in relation to the Participation Prize.
- A Participant may not enter the Giveaway if, by entering into it might cause the Organiser and/or the Participant to be in breach of any agreement (including but not limited to any contract of employment) to which Participant is a party or in breach of any law, regulation or rule having the force of law to which the Participant or the Organiser may be subject. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry made in breach of this condition.
- The Organiser takes Participants’ privacy seriously. The personal information it obtains as a result of this Giveaway will not be sold to third parties and will be used solely for the purposes of this Giveaway, for its own customer research, business development and statistical purposes and to promote the Organiser’s business services and products via email where you have consented to Organiser doing so. For more details, see the Organiser’s privacy policy at: https://www.avnet.com/apac/about-avnet/data-protection-policy/ Participants shall agree on and accept the privacy and data protection policy of the Organiser in connection with his/her information provided before he/she participates in the Giveaway. By participating in the promotion, Participants agree that they have read, agree on and accept the aforementioned privacy and data protection policy of the Organiser. Each Participant receiving a Participation Prize must allow details regarding the winning of the prize to be published in order to claim the prize.
- By participating in this Giveaway, Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organiser, their advertising and promotions agencies and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with (1) awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Participation Prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the Giveaway or any Participation Prize-related activities. The Organiser does not exclude liability under the T&Cs for death, personal injury arising or damage to property from its negligence, or for any matter in relation to which it would be illegal for the Organiser to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and Participant irrevocably agrees that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Giveaway.
