The ESDA22P150-1U3M is a 20V VRM unidirectional single line TVS diode designed to protect the power line against EOS and ESD transients. Even during a strong 8/20μs surge event of 150A, the remaining voltage stay clamped below 35V. This device is embedded in a thin package size of 2.0x2.0x0.55mm in order to be compatible with the IoTs thin systems.

ESDA22P150-1U3Mcan absorb up to 150 A peak pulse current always keeping the clamping voltage versus operational voltage ratio below 2. For instance, 20V power line will never face more than 35 V overvoltage during transient events(IEC61000-4-2 ESD and IEC-61000-4-5 surges)
