NSUC1800 is an automotive-grade integrated ultrasonic sensor SoC designed for AK2 ultrasonic radar systems. It is fully compatible with the DSI3 communication protocol, enabling cross-brand interoperability between master and slave devices. The chip integrates an ARM® Cortex®-M3 MCU with configurable transmit and receive signal chains, combined with optimized ultrasonic algorithms to achieve high-accuracy near- and long-range detection. Certified to ISO 26262 ASIL-B functional safety and AEC-Q100 automotive standards, NSUC1800 is well suited for parking and low-speed automated driving sensing applications.
