New Shielded Power Inductors SRP4021HMT Series
with hot press molding process
The new Bourns® shielded power inductors feature high heat resistance and high saturation current, along with low magnetic field radiation, enabling enhanced power handling capability, improved efficiency, and optimized filtering performance in power circuits.
Manufactured using a molded construction process, the series meets design requirements for high-density and mechanically robust components. Compared with previous Bourns® SRP series models, it delivers approximately 20% improvement in electrical performance, offering higher current ratings, lower DCR, and reduced power loss. This advancement allows Bourns® to provide smaller-sized inductors without compromising performance. These new inductors are well-suited for DC-DC converters and power supplies in consumer, industrial and telecom applications.
These shielded power inductors are manufactured using a hot press molding process with metal alloy or carbonyl powders. They feature high heating/saturation current and low magnetic field radiation. Additionally, this new series offers a compact footprint and low profile of 1.9 mm.
