Amphenol’s OCP ORv3 AC Input Connectors and Cable Assemblies are designed to support OCP Version 3.0 universal input power distribution standards, delivering AC power efficiently from the busway to power shelves. Featuring a compact 7-pin configuration, they support Star, Delta, and single-phase power topologies and offer termination options including crimp, PCB solder, and hybrid styles for flexible integration.
Built with high-conductivity copper alloy contacts, these assemblies are compatible with both IEC (200–240/346–415 VAC, 32A) and NEMA (277/480 VAC, 20A) plug types. Overmolded and hard shell strain relief options support 16–8AWG wire sizes and enable secure, low-profile routing in space-constrained environments like 1U systems.
Additional safety and performance features include IP20 touch-safe compliance, polarization, and pin sequencing to ensure correct mating. The products are certified by UL, CSA, and TUV, RoHS compliant, and rated for operation from -40°C to +105°C, making them ideal for use in hyperscale computing, power shelves, BBUs, and industrial energy storage applications.
