BR24G2MFJ-5A (Under Development) is a 2 Mbit Serial EEPROM featuring an I2C BUS interface. It operates on a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and supports 1 MHz operation. Key features include a 256-byte page write mode, low current consumption, and write protection to prevent miswriting. The EEPROM boasts a data retention of 200 years and can endure up to 4 million write cycles. Its built-in noise filter enhances reliability, making it ideal for various electronic applications like AV equipment, telecommunication devices, and home appliances.
