Non-Rechargeable Batteries

The most common type of electrical power source is the battery. Batteries are excellent source of DC electricity. Non-Rechargeable batteries, also known as primary batteries, are used once and then discarded. They not recharged with electricity and reused. Output falls gradually with time. Some of the examples are Alkaline, Lithium, Silver Oxide, Zinc Air, Zinc Carbon, etc.
