The Vishay TANTAMOUNT TR3 series are solid tantalum surface mount chip capacitors with low ESR and moulded case. These capacitances have high ripple current carrying capability and compatible with high volume automatic pick and place equipment.
- Available in EIA 3216-18, 3528-21, 6032-28, 7343-31, 7343-43, 7343-20, 7361-38 case sizes
- Capacitance range from 0.47µF to 1000µF
- Voltage rating range from 4VDC to 75VDC
- Capacitance tolerance is ±10%, ±20%
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
- Dissipation factor range from 4% to 30%
- Meets EIA-535-BAAC mechanical and performance requirements
- Qualified to EIA-717 standard
- 100% surge current tested (C, D and E case sizes)
