IL217AT
Optocoupler, Transistor Output, 1 Channel, SOIC, 8 Pins, 60 mA, 4 kV, 100 %
- RoHS 10 Compliant
- Tariff Charges
The IL217AT is a 1-channel 8-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler with base connection. It is optically coupled pairs with a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. Signal information, including a DC level, can be transmitted by the device while maintaining a high degree of electrical isolation between input and output. It is ideally suited for high density applications with limited space. In addition to eliminating through-hole requirements. The high CTR at low input current is designed for low power consumption requirements such as CMOS microprocessor interfaces. The high CTR at low input current is designed for low power consumption requirements such as CMOS microprocessor interfaces.
- Low input current
- High current transfer ratio
- Compatible with dual wave, vapour phase and IR reflow soldering
- 6V Peak reverse voltage
