- More than 40 years data retention, noise reduction filtered inputs in SCL / SDA
- Write protect feature (WP pin), prevention of write mistake at low voltage
- Low power consumption (write at 1.7V) is 0.4mA typical
- Low power consumption (read at 1.7V) is 0.1mA typical
- Low power consumption (standby at 1.7V) is 0.1µA typical
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
