The TCF series capacitors from Panasonic are POSCAP surface mount conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitors. These POSCAP are thin, small and have ultra low ESR and superior high frequency characteristics hence suitable for digital/high frequency applications. The POSCAP also has high reliability and heat resistance.
