The MBRS2040LT3G is a surface mount Schottky Power Rectifier with an epoxy molded case, all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal lead is readily solderable finish. The Schottky power rectifier employs the use of the Schottky barrier principle in a large area metal-to-silicon power diode. Features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, freewheeling and polarity protection diodes.
