FL7760BM6X is a high-side sensing constant current buck controller for a high switching frequency LED driver. It is a constant current step-down CCM controller for wide output power LED lighting applications. It adapts hysteretic reference architecture that accurately regulates LED current by sensing the voltage across an external high-side sense resistor. This control scheme can stabilize LED current against input voltage and output load transient conditions and implement optimal PWM and analog dimming control. The time delay control method widens the analog dimming range down to less than 5%. It implements PWM and analog dimming together through a DIM pin and provides thermal shutdown (TSD), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protections. Typical application includes LED lighting system.

• Internal reference voltage range from 192 to 208mV (VDIM = 3.5V, TJ = 25°C)
• Internal reference voltage drift range from 196 to 204mV (VDIM = 3.5V, TJ = 25°C)
• Dimming recovery voltage range from 0.45 to 0.55V (VCC = 5V, for typical values Tj = 25°C)
