NRF54LM20A-PAAA-R

The nRF54L Series includes multiple SoCs such as the nRF54LM20A, nRF54L15, nRF54L10, and
nRF54L05. All wireless SoCs in the Series integrate an ultra-low-power 2.4 GHz radio and MCU
with a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, a comprehensive peripheral set, and scalable
memory configuration. The nRF54LM20A adds a High-Speed USB host and device to the series
and increases the maximum available NVM from 1.5 MB to 2 MB and RAM from 256 KB to 512
KB.
Nordic’s proprietary technologies, such as low-leakage RAM and advanced multiprotocol radio
design, enable ultra-low power consumption, reducing battery size or increasing lifetime.
Designed for versatility, the nRF54L Series wireless SoCs offer options for various applications.
The multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio supports Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread,
Matter, Aliro, Zigbee, Amazon Sidewalk, and proprietary protocols with up to 4 Mbps data rate.
It also supports Bluetooth 6.0, including Bluetooth Channel Sounding. Available in memory and
package configurations, with up to 66 GPIOs including pin-to-pin options, the nRF54L Series
SoCs support cost optimization and flexibility in the design cycle.
