Surface mount thermistors with Ni barrier termination provide high quality NTC thermistor technology in SMT package ideal for lead free soldering thanks to Ni Barrier/100% Sn termination. Parts conform to AEC-Q200 specification for use in automotive applications and are also suitable for use in general purpose applications. Available in 0603 to 1206 case size and resistance values from 18Ohm to 1MOhm. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. Surface mount chip thermistors offer ideal solution for temperature compensation or temperature control of printed circuit boards.
