The HS300x sensor utilizes a proprietary silicon-carbide MEMS design to achieve unmatched performance in accuracy hysteresis, measurement response time in still air, and the lowest drift in its class. The unique design offers excellent stability against aging over time and resistant to environment VOCs (volattile organic compounds) found in most smart device applications that are detrimental to other sensors.
