Featuring Infineon’s OPTIGATM TPM SLB9670 which is compliant to the Trusted Computing Group (TCG) TPM 1.2 specification, this TPM Pmod connects to Xilinx Zynq device via a SPI interface. Along with the downloadable reference design, it is designed to work with the Avnet MicroZed Industrial IoT Starter Kit, enabling measured boot functionality. Other applications include Device Identity, Secure Storage, Secure Communications, and Secure Firmware Upgrade.
