MPQ4280-AEC1
Full-Bridge Buck Converter and OPAMP for Automotive Wireless Charging Transmitters

The MPQ4280 is a fully integrated full-bridge and signal detection device for automotive wireless charging transmitters. It consists of a full-bridge with a low on resistance, a current-sense amplifier with high accuracy, and a 36V high-voltage buck converter.
The integrated full-bridge consists of four N-channel power MOSFETs with low on resistance, as well as integrated gate drivers. It can deliver up to 15A of peak-to-peak current, and provides selectable switching speeds.
The integrated, low-offset current-sense amplifier features an accuracy with a gain error below 1%. The amplifier’s gain is 100V/V, and can be used for input power sensing in wireless charging applications.
The integrated 36V buck converter has an adjustable output voltage (VOUT), and provides a highly efficient output of up to 500mA. This makes it is well-suited for the system supply in wireless charging applications.
The MPQ4280 also provides over-temperature protection (OTP). It is available in a QFN-22 (4mmx5mm) package.
