HyperFlash™ NOR Flash
High density (128Mb – 512Mb) HyperFlash NOR Flash memories are based on the high-bandwidth, 12-signal HyperBus interface that transfers information over 8 I/O signals at double data rate (DDR). They deliver the highest read bandwidth at 333MB/s, over four times faster than Quad SPI NOR flash with one-third the number of pins of parallel NOR flash.
HyperRAM™ Self-Refresh DRAM
Cypress HyperRAM memory is the first companion device to HyperFlash memory and the second device to operate on the 12-pin HyperBus Interface. With a read/write throughput up to 333 megabytes-per-second, the 64-Mbit HyperRAM devices are an ideal solution for external scratchpad memory for controllers with limited onboard RAM. This provides a scalable solution for rendering of high-resolution graphics or calculations of data-intensive firmware algorithms for industrial, IoT applications and consumer applications.

Async SRAM with ECC
Cypress, the world leader in SRAMs, has introduced Asynchronous SRAMs with ECC, the latest member of its Asynchronous SRAM product family. These SRAMs have on-chip Error Correcting Code & bit interleaving, and offer industry leading reliability with maximum FIT rates of 0.1FIT/Mb. These devices also come with an additional ERR pin to indicate detection and correction of single bit errors. NOR Flash Memory

High Performance, Parallel Page Mode NOR
The Cypress GL NOR Flash family is optimized for the voltage, density, cost-per-bit, reliability, performance and scalability needs of a wide variety of embedded applications. With densities from 32 Mb to 2 Gb, each device requires only a single 3.0 V power supply for read and write functions and is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC Flash standards.

High Performance Clock Generator
Cypress High Performance Clock Generators supports frequencies up to 700MHz with RMS Phase Jitter of < 1ps. These devices support reference clocks for popular interface standards such as PCIe 1/2/3, 10 GbE, SATA 1.0/2.0 and USB 1.0/2.0/3.0. Cypress portfolio of High Performance Clock Generators includes 4-PLL High Performance Clock Generator and FleXO™ High Performance Oscillator. Cypress will also soon sample(April’16) another High Performance Programmable Oscillator supporting frequencies up to 2.1 GHz and with RMS Phase Jitter of 110 fs.
Standard Performance Clock Generators
Cypress has a broad portfolio of standard performance clock generators with frequency support of 200 MHz and Cycle to Cycle jitter of 100 ps. They support a host of value-added features such as VCXO, Spread Spectrum and Output Phase Alignment. Cypress portfolio of Standard Performance Clock Generators includes Application Specific Clocks, EMI Reduction Clocks, Programmable Clocks, Programmable XOs and VCXO Clocks.
These are built in dual modulus pre-scaler, adaptable from 50MHz to 3GHz and it can make up low noise small serial input Phase Locked Loop (PLL) frequency enabling pulse swallowing operation.
High Performance Buffers
High Performance Buffer (HPB) is a family of ultra low-jitter non-PLL clock fanout buffers that delivers up to 10 high-frequency (up to 1.5GHz) differential outputs (LVPECL, LVDS, or CML). HPB delivers the industry’s lowest additive jitter (0.06ps typical RMS phase jitter) and can provide complete high-frequency, low-jitter clock tree solutions in conjunction with FleXO clock generators.
Standard Performance Buffers
