Midget Fuse for Automotive Applications

The AEO series 10.3x38 high performance fuse is particularly suited for high voltages up to 1000 VDC and currents up to 50A, which is ideal for demanding automotive applications.  The new fuse meets reliability specifications according to AEC-Q200 and is UL approved.

Unique SMD fuse has a super slow and precisely defined melting characteristic. Recommended wherever high inrush currents flow, the UMT-W is rated from 5A to 20A and reaches voltages up to 125 VAC/VDC. Breaking capacity of up to 1000A.

Pulse Proof SMD 1206 Fuse

SCHURTER’s UAI 1206 time-lag chip fuse provides reliable and durable overcurrent protection wherever high levels of pulse currents, high thermal fluctuations and high mechanical loads are present. Due to the special fuse construction, the UAI’s ability to resist current pulses smaller than the melting integral (I2t) is thereby increased exponentially. The UAI 1206 has practically no de-rating to the usual extent. Additionally, the unique design of the fuse body also dampens temperature fluctuations to a high degree.

Thermal Sensitive SMD 1206 Fuse

SCHURTER’s USN 1206 is designed to meet the ever-increasing challenges associated with packing density in power electronics. The chip fuse offers temperature-sensitivity suitable for both overcurrent protection and protection against excessive ambient temperatures. The USN 1206 is a good choice wherever temperature-critical processes occur, or even when a specific intrinsic characteristic is required.

NEMA 5-15R Redefined

SCHURTER’s NEMA 5-15R convenience outlets, NR010, NR020 and NR021, safely advance power distribution.

The outlets offer IDC terminals for bussed wiring or classic solder terminals. The redefined receptacles meet increased fire protection and safety standards according to UL 498 Tamper Resistant testing and have an extended operating temperature range of -25 ˚C to 150 ˚C.

SCHURTER's compact and versatile power entry module integrates an IEC inlet, circuit breaker, mains filter - with optional IP protection. The series features a recessed 2-pole ON/OFF rocker switch circuit breaker with 1-or 2-pole overcurrent protection. In addition, DG12 offers a standard and low leakage mains filter, along with higher inductive performance options. Mounting options include snap-in, 1 to 3 mm; screw-mount, front or rear panel with top/bottom or side flange.

DD12 Suppresses High Frequency Interference with Integrated Ground Line Choke

SCHURTER’s DD12 all-in-one fuseholder, switch and EMC filter offers remarkable functionality in a compact housing. An integrated ground line choke for suppressing high-frequency interference on the ground conductor is an additional option. Audio equipment for instance is known for being prone to ground loop problems. Often referred to as hum or buzz, the DD12 with ground line choke is well suited for suppressing interferences that lead to diminished sound quality. The DD12 is also well suited for medical equipment required to use low leakage filters for increased patient safety according to IEC 60601-1.
