ON Semiconductor’s series of NCP715, NCP716, NCP716B and NCP718 offer a wide input voltage range of up to 24 V. The families are rated 50 mA, 80 mA, 150 mA and 300 mA and come in DFN, SOT23−5 or SC-88A packages. With their ultra-low quiescent currents, fixed or adjustable output voltages and added protection features they are an excellent choice for a variety of applications.
