TLE493D-W2B6 - 3D magnetic Hall sensor for field sensing in all three dimensions

TLE493D-W2B6 is Infineon’s AEC-Q100-qualified derivative of its famous 3D magnetic sensor family – designed specifically for automotive applications. Like all 3D magnetic sensors, features include a small 6-pin package, low power consumption (ultra-low power mode) and a standard 2-wire digital I²C interface. The TLE493D-W2B6 can be used to replace potentiometers and optical solutions in automotive applications. This sensor family offers high temperature stability with a low magnetic threshold spread for smaller, more accurate and more robust system designs.
