The iNAND® AT EM122 is an automotive grade embedded NAND flash storage device from Western Digital that offers reliable edge storage in a connected world.
The iNAND® AT EM122 is Western Digital’s high-reliability, automotive grade embedded storage drive that supports the e.MMC 5.1 HS400 interface. The product is available in capacities of 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB, and is available with a qualified ambient temperature ranges of -40oC to +105oC, with a typical sequential speed performance of up to 300MB/s for reads and 110MB/s for writes. This product also supports many advanced automotive features.
The iNAND AT EM122 is specifically focused on the automotive market, addressing the evolving needs of traditional applications like IVI and Telematics, and next generation applications in driver assist. The device is equipped with advanced memory management firmware features, including enterprise-grade ECC, wear-leveling and bad block management. In addition, the automotive feature set improves data reliability and product life. The iNAND AT EM122 also supports 3.3V IO for legacy designs and is therefore suitable for upgrading legacy systems.
All Western Digital automotive grade products undergo extensive qualification and production testing, adhering to automotive standards such as AEC-Q100.
