LoRa® Module Based on Renesas Synergy™ Platform
The FMLR-61-x-RSS3 module employs the S3A6 MCU with integrated 48 MHz Arm® Cortex®- M4 core, and features 256 KB code flash memory, 8 KB data flash, and 32 KB SRAM, which is enough memory to allow engineers to add a variety of their own functions. The S3A6 is part of a large Renesas Synergy MCU portfolio, making it easy to scale up to more functionality or scale down for cost optimization. The Renesas Synergy Platform features the Synergy Software Package (SSP), which comprises a large selection of production-grade software. SSP includes the ThreadX® RTOS and lots of associated middleware such as a file system, USB stack, graphical user interface (GUI) software, application frameworks and functional libraries that can be used for encryption and DSP functions. This unique and powerful combination of hardware and software helps customers significantly accelerate their product development schedule.
STM based LoRa® Module
The STM based LoRa™ FMLR RF modules enable wireless connectivity to almost all devices, systems and sensors communicating at low datarate over a distance of more than 50km. Power consumption of the underlying nodes can be optimized to run from a small-sized battery, while the integrated wake on radio (WoR) allows the system to operate in a duty-cycled manner. The optionally integrated ARM Cortex-M0 32-bit microcontroller runs the entire RF stack and has sufficient resources available for the integration of additional applications. The system can easily be extended with additional low power sensors on the external carrier board to build out-of-the-box IoT sensor networks.
LoRaWAN® Pico Gatway mPCI Card
The FMLR-PGWC mPCIe LoRaWAN® Gateway Card provides a plug-and-play solution for long-range and low-power wireless communication networks based on the LoRaWAN® standard. The mini PCIe form factor card uses an USB 2.0 serial link (CDC) to communicate with a host processor. The card is based on Semtech’s SX1301 / SX1308 chipset. It enables to build high-performance and certified LoRaWAN® gateway solutions.
