- PROFET™ 2 High-side switches for energy efficiency and miniaturization
The PROFET™+2 family of protected high-side power switches (8 mΩ to 200 mΩ) in TSDSO-14 exposed pad package provides state of the art diagnostics and protection features. The family offers benchmark form factor, the lowest RDS(ON) (2x 8 mΩ) and smallest package (TSDSO-14) pin pitch of 0.65 mm.
- BTT6010-1EKA (PROFET™ 24V)
The BTT6010-1EKA is a 10 mΩ single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in a PG-DSO-14-47 EP, Exposed Pad package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. It is specially designed to drive lamps up to 7 x P21W 24V or 2 x 75W 24V, as well as LEDs in the harsh automotive environment.
- BTS5012-1EKB (PROFET™ 12V)
The BTS5012-1EKB is a 12 mΩ single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in a PG-DSO-14-47 EP, Exposed Pad package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. It is specially designed to drive lamps up to H4 / H7 or 3 x P27W + 2 x R5W, as well as LEDs in the harsh automotive environment.
- High-current PROFET™ Benchmark low-ohmic smart switches for automotive heating and power distribution
The new high-current PROFET™ high-side smart switch family is designed to drive currents up to 20 A DC in 12 V automotive applications. With a RDS(on) range from 2 mΩ to 8 mΩ, the devices come in very small footprint package TSDSO-14, offering pincompatibility across the whole family.

- Power PROFET™: BTS50015-1TAD
Power PROFET™ is a benchmark family of ultra-low ohmic protected high-side switches (1.0 mΩ to 2.5 mΩ) with integrated protection functions and diagnostics for automotive and 12 V industrial markets. Power PROFET™ switches are based on a new benchmark technology offering very high energy capability and are therefore an ideal driving solution for an increasing number of applications with high switching cycle requirements, e.g. starter relays in “start-stop” systems and electric brake vacuum pumps.
- Gate Drivers: AUIR3200S
The AUIR3200S is a high side mosfet driver for very low RDS(on) automotive application. It offers over-current, over-temperature protection and diagnostic. The over-current protection is done by monitoring the Vds voltage, the threshold is programmable by external resistor.
