Single-level cell (SLC) NAND flash memory is NAND flash at its simplest and best. Ideal for high-performance, high-endurance and low-power small form-factor applications, our SLC NAND meets the demands of IoT, automotive and emerging embedded applications.Storing 1 bit of data per memory cell, SLC NAND offers fast read and write capabilities and boot times, excellent endurance and reliability, and with our latest generation 25nm NAND-on-die ECC algorithms enabling advanced security features and data corruption protection. For small form-factor designs requiring speed, endurance and security.
