Online ordering on the Avnet ASIA store

For ordering online on the store, you will need to have an online account. You can register on the site and place orders with credit card payment immediately.

If you are already a customer of Avnet Asia, you can ask to be a Core Customer by contacting your respective Sales Representative or the online support team at onlinesupportAsia@avnet.com.

Forgot your login information

For ordering online on the store, you will need to have an online account. You can register on the site and place orders with credit card payment immediately.

If you are having trouble logging in, click on "Forgot Password" and a new password will be sent to the email address you registered with. Please check your email and log in with the new password. If you are still unable to login, please contact one of our on line support team at onlinesupportAsia@avnet.com.

Edit your information

Edit profile allows you to update your online account profile. Edit profile is located in the left menu on the dashboard under MyAvnet.

Searching for parts

To search for product or information enter a part number, keyword, or technical attribute in the search box or browse for parts by selecting a category in the product tab on the main navigation. You can limit the search results to different areas, for example products or documents by clicking on the drop down menu in front of the search box. Easily find your favorite features, including price, inventory, minimum/multiple quantities, datasheets, availability, whether products are RoHS compliant, and more.

Upload Bill of Materials (BOM)

Uploading a BOM is a great idea when you want to find product information including price and availability on lots of parts at one time. Once you have uploaded your BOM you have the option to save and name your BOM or download your BOM worksheet.  ​

Order process

Ordering on the Avnet Asia Online Store is quick and easy. As soon as you have placed all items you want to purchase in the shopping cart, click the “Checkout” button in the shopping cart.

Shopping cart

You can create a new shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy Now" button or selecting "Add to Cart." To access an existing cart, click on the shopping cart link located at the top of the page in the header. If you would like to save a cart, select "Add to BOM." Existing shopping carts or BOMs will be updated with any new price changes upon logging in.

Please not that you need to be registered and signed in to the store to place an order.

Three easy steps to place an order

1. Shipping address

Please provide the address where the goods will be shipped to. For credit card orders, billing and shipping address country needs to be the same.

2. Shipping method

Shipping and handling fees

No Handling Charges will be applied to web orders. Freight charges apply during checkout process for credit card orders, on all orders placed with a terms account, freight charges will apply as per the terms account conditions. Customers may elect to Ship Complete by selecting, "Ship the entire order when all items are available."

Credit card orders will be shipped by DHL via standard shipment.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Alipay and Unionpay. If you would like to use your Avnet Asia terms account online, please contact your sales representative to become a sponsored user. If you do not know your sales representative, please contact the online support team at onlinesupportAsia@avnet.com.

Email notifications

Customers placing orders online will receive two types of email notifications. The website will send a notification that your order has been received. Once the web order has shipped, a Shipping Notification will be sent out. Any parts on your order that did not ship will generate a separate Shipping Notification upon shipment.

Order status

To obtain order status on orders placed on the web, you must be a registered customer and signed in to the website. 

Please note that there may be some delay in displaying order status on international orders during the Export Compliance review process.

Tracking

To track packages or obtain a waybill number navigate to the Orders section of the Dashboard under My Avnet. If the order was shipped via DHL click the waybill number in order to view the delivery status of your order via the DHL website. Please note, that it may take a while until the tracking information will be available online.

How to cancel an order

If you would like to cancel an order that you place online, please contact the on line support team at onlinesupportAsia@avnet.com. For Core customers, contact your Account Manager or Customer Service.
