A Letter to You — Our Customer

In these challenging times, we wanted to take a moment to update you on how we’re responding to the coronavirus.

Our hearts are with everyone who has been impacted by this virus across our global community. In the midst of a pandemic, we are reminded of how quickly things can change and that we should take nothing for granted.

With that in mind, health and safety remain our top priority. We’ve encouraged our employees who can work from home to do so, and have arranged for others to work in split shifts to encourage social distancing and slow the spread of the coronavirus. While these are clearly unusual circumstances, we’re committed to providing business as usual as much as we can. We have technically enabled our teams to provide you the same service you’re used to. We also have a suite of self-service online tools to support your ongoing business activities.
