Vishay Intertechnology introduces a new series of high power, high current mica grid resistors in the standard mill bank size. Offering designers a lower cost option to the standard stainless steel grid design, Vishay Milwaukee GREM resistors feature EDG technology for improvements in power capacity, weight, and watt density, while maintaining the same package size.

  • 23 % higher power than standard 6500 W stainless steel grid resistors in the standard mill bank size
  • 30 % lighter than stainless steel grid resistors with the same power dissipation, at a favorable price point

  • Resistance range from 0.067 Ω to 24.273 Ω, with a tolerance of ± 10 %
  • Temperature coefficients down to ± 130 ppm/°C

  • High temperature operation to +415 °C
