Bourns is pleased to announce that the existing Model CDSOD323-T05S TVS Diode is now AEC-Q101 compliant as Model CDSOD323-T05S-Q.
This TVS diode is well suited for voltage transient and ESD protection in data lines and DC power supplies.
This AEC-Q101 compliant product is also well suited for applications requiring high reliability such as portable electronics, power supplies and equipment used in harsh environments.
