The new AM3DG-NZ series in SIP7 package (19.50 x 9.80 x 12.5 mm) and AM5TG-NZ in DIP 24 package (31.60 x 20.30 x 10.20 mm) both feature Continuous Short Circuit Protection and the latter also features Output Over Voltage Protection. Both series are specially designed to offer a High I/O Isolation, achieving values of up to 3500VAC/6000VDC with an ultra low Isolation capacitance to effectively power IGBT Drivers while having a low RF impact.
The AM3DG-NZ series supports a nominal input voltage of 15VDC which it then converts into dual output voltages of -4 & +20VDC, ideal for powering the newest SiC IGBT drivers. Operating in an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, derating only starts at +85°C.
The AM5TG-NZ, with nominal input voltages of 12 & 24VDC and dual output voltages of -9 & +15VDC operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with no derating up to +71°C.
