Panasonic Power Module The Avnet Power Module designed by Panasonic is built around the NN3100x family of PSiP (Power Supply in Package) devices. These devices integrate a controller IC, two power MOSFETs, and inductor and capacitors into a single 8.5x7.5x4.7mm QFN package. The NN3100x deliver remarkable power density in a small package, as well as requiring minimal external circuitry to complete the design.
The NN31000A delivers up to 10A and is used to power the 3.3V and 2.5V rails. The NN31001A provides up to 7A and is utilized for the two 1V rails and the 1.8V rail. The NN31002A provides up to 4A and is used for the 1.2V, 2.0V and 1.5/1.35V jumper selectable rail. These devices combine to provide the smallest solution footprint of all of the Avnet Power Modules.

Mini-Module Plus Development Kit The Mini-Module Plus Development Kit is a modular customizable development kit system that is perfect for system architects and embedded designers looking for a flexible, high performance and upgradable platform. The Mini-Module Plus Kit can be combined with the Mini-Module Plus Baseboard II and a Mini-Module Plus Power Supply to provide an out-of-box development system ready for prototyping. The SOMs are pin compatible and are available with 4 different Xilinx devices.
