The STMPS2171STR power distribution switch is intended for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short-circuits are likely to be encountered. This device incorporates 90mO N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches for power distribution. This switch is controlled by a logic enable input
- Thermal and short-circuit protection with overcurrent logic output
- Operating range from 2.7 to 5.5V, CMOS and TTL compatible enable input
- Undervoltage lockout (UVLO), reverse current protection, fault blanking
- ESD protection: 8kV HBM, UL recognized components (UL file number: E354278)
- 1000mA rated continuous output current, active high enable
- 12µA maximum standby supply current
- Output rise time is 2ms maximum at (VIN = 5.0V, RL = 10 ohm, CL = 1µF)
- Static drain source ON state resistance is 200mohm max at (VIN = 2.7V; -40 TJ 125°C)
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- SOT23-5L package
